Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant

UK (Remote)

The Role

As a Business Analyst/Consultant, you will work as part of one of our Professional Services (PS) teams engaging directly with our clients to develop world class customer experience solutions using the company’s portfolio of Digital First Engagement (DFE) products, with a primary focus on our Knowledge Management solutions.

You will be focused on providing in depth services to help our clients get the most out of the knowledge management solution and help their employees and customers access relevant content optimally and efficiently. You will become an expert in provide knowledge consultancy, designing and configuring the platform for even the most advanced use cases and also training client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Be the client facing lead during implementations
  • Lead solution scoping workshops with clients to gather business requirements and define business processes and explain how the company’s DFE products meet those requirements.
  • Lead solution design workshops, defining solutions with clients and colleagues and producing documents that accurately capture details of the solution, including any business configuration.
  • Contribute to training materials and participate in training sessions
  • Create and execute test scripts as part of the project testing phase
  • Contribute to the Business Analyst Practice through the creation and sharing of knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices based on project experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within a Software Development environment
  • Experienced in the Customer Service industry and in the use of technology to improve customer experiences
  • Prototyping/Mock-up tools experience (i.e. Balsamiq, Axure, etc)
  • Proficient in the use of process diagramming tools such as Visio
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
