Nine Twenty are delighted to be representing their long term client Digitonic in the search for a Business Analyst. Digitonic are a mobile marketing technology company who have powered over a billion conversations between brands and consumers across 6 continents since 2011.

As Business Analyst you will work closely with all departments within Digitonic to help deliver a world class solution.

You will be a self-starter who is willing to go the extra mile and display a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.

The successful Business Analyst will be involved in projects during a number of stages in their life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and define business
  • processes.
  • Facilitating solution design workshops, defining solutions with colleagues and producing
  • documents that accurately capture details of the solution, including any business
  • configuration.
  • Contribute to training documentation and participate in training sessions.
  • Create and execute regression scripts as part of the project testing phase to validate
  • business requirements.
  • Leading project retrospectives.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies.
  • Identify and understand how clients will interface with applications in order to define
  • the user experiences.
  • Identify user problems, gather supporting data, and recommend process
  • Improvements.
  • Demonstrate solutions and educate clients on all features and functionality.
  • Map client requirements to solution features and identify gaps.
  • Produce documents (Business Requirements Doc, Software Requirements Specification
  • etc) that the team and client can easily understand
  • Stay up to date with new product developments

Your background:

  • You will have experience within a Software Development environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience of working in a Software Development environment
  • Minimum 1 year Business Analysis experience across at least 3 projects
  • Experience with Prototyping/Mock-up tools such as Balsamiq or Axure
  • Experience with process diagramming tools such as Visio or Draw.io
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
  • A firm understanding of writing acceptance criteria using the Gherkin language
