As a Business Analyst , you will work as part of the Professional Services teams engaging directly with clients to develop world class customer experience solutions using the company’s portfolio of fantastic products.

Key areas:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s objectives,
- Produce documents (Business Requirements Doc, Software Requirements Specification etc) that the team and client can easily understand
- Work with the various departments within a client’s team to achieve the aims of the project
- Proactively communicate within internal team
- Adhere to project plan and deliver tasks on time with timely updates
You will ideally have :
- Business Analysis experience within a Customer Sales or Service environment, preferably with exposure to CRM systems
- A degree or post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline or significant industry experience
- Minimum 1/2 year experience of working in a Software Development environment
- Minimum 1/2 year Business Analysis experience across at least 3 projects
Personal attributes:
- Able and willing to undertake both domestic and international travel
- Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good problem solver
