Brand Executive - Leading Scottish Retailer and E-Commerce Business

The business has achieved tremendous growth in the last 3 years, with a 380% increase in revenue and a well-established, multi-million-pound e-commerce website that continues to grow. They are currently the largest retailer of their kind in Scotland and are looking for a marketing executive to bring fresh ideas and drive even more success.
The Role:
This position is perfect for someone who is bursting with fresh ideas, ambitious, eager to make a change and passionate to follow a market-leading business through an exciting yet demanding time.
You’ll be skilled in the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels and have a good understanding of the omnichannel customer journey.
As a Marketing Executive, you will oversee, implement, and improve marketing activities by delivering engaging campaigns across our various product categories and ranges, with the aim of increasing sales, profitability, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the planning and execution of all marketing campaign activity, from thorough research through to delivery working with the wider team.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support the overarching marketing strategy.
- Measuring campaigns and making recommendations to improve performance – always with growth/revenue objectives in mind.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned and consistent with their brand identity, and strategic goals and deliver on the brand vision.
- Developing the content strategy allowing for a more tailored approach to target customers.
- Involved in the production of all marketing materials, including TV, radio, newspaper, leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, graphics, newsletters, and social media.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media channels.
- Responsible for PR activities.
- Brand custodian, working with the team to communicate and reinforce brand guidelines in all marketing material, maintaining and developing brand TOV.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar marketing role.
- Be passionate about marketing and customers.
- Must understand commercial awareness and how campaigns can affect the external environment and drive sales.
- Possess strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Have excellent written communication, copywriting and proofreading skills.
