It is important that you have strong experience in the bottling industry and understand the equipment, processes and challenges faced and are also experienced in business improvement techniques and how to introduce the new ways of working to your team.

To be successful, you should:
- Be degree qualified
- Have experience in business improvement techniques (LEAN, Six Sigma)
- Have extensive experience in leading teams in a fast paced production environment
- Have experience of working in a bottling environment
- Enjoy developing teams
