Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting an Application Support Lead for their global technology based on the outskirts of Glasgow.
The successful candidate will have a background in IT Support, ideally supporting enterprise systems.
You will be a key player in troubleshooting for our clients current web applications and be a main contact for junior members of the team.
You will work closely with the 2nd line support team, working with tickets and identifying what is wrong with the software.
You will be a subject matter expert of the software and be able to process the ticket to the correct software development team, in order for issue to be resolved.
You will have experience of providing recommendations on design changes for featured products.

Your background:
- The successful candidate will be able to understand complex IT problems and have strong analytical
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and highly organised
- Application/Database support
- You will have sound knowledge of the software development process and understand the flow of programming
- Experience of mentoring junior IT support team members
- A track record of successfully delivering training to junior team members
- Experience of working in a fast paced service desk/help desk environment
