AI Manager – Centre of Enablement (CoE)

We’re partnering with a global organisation to hire an AI Manager into a newly formed AI Centre of Enablement – a high-impact function driving responsible AI adoption and real business outcomes across the enterprise.
This is a greenfield opportunity to shape AI strategy, governance and delivery while partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple divisions.
The Role
You’ll act as an internal AI consultant and delivery lead, helping teams turn ideas into scalable AI solutions.
Key focus areas:
- Advise business teams on AI opportunities, use cases and value
- Support delivery of LLM, Copilot and agent-based solutions
- Drive AI adoption through training, communities of practice and use-case sharing
- Embed AI governance, risk and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate AI initiatives across business, data and technology teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in AI, data or emerging tech roles
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and AI risks/limitations
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot (or similar)
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive change
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
