Nine Twenty are supporting our Manufacturing client who have an urgent need for an Accounts Administrator to support with all aspects of account administration processes supporting their business which has grown over the last year.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process Accounts Payable Invoices (Local Suppliers)
  • Process GBP Payments/Transfers
  • Process Fixed Assets Register
  • Process Accounts Payable Month End
  • Complete HM Customs, Import Entries
  • Completes Credit Application Forms and adds vendors into SAP
  • Reconcile Goods Received Not Invoiced Report
  • Any Other Admin Duties

Experience and Skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Experienced and well organised
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Good PC skills
  • Accounting Qualifications (Desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with a Finance Team
  • Previous experience with SAP an advantage
  • Excel experience
