An opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing and award-winning media agency where recently, 100% of its surveyed employees agreed that it was a great place to work. The role is for an experienced Account Manager to join the growing team at this progressive media agency.

The agency is a Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Partner, Facebook Marketing Partner, and is recommended by The Drum. With a diverse set of clients across retail, property, food & drink, health, charity, finance, sport, leisure & tourism. The agency has several offices across the UK and this role is based in the London office.

The Role:

The role will see this Account Manager be the main point of contact for some of the agency’s key accounts, so strong, performance-focused experienced is essential. The Account Manager will lead on client activities on behalf of the marketing teams within the agency, ensuring that the day-to-day running of these accounts is as smooth and efficient as possible, with the best outcomes for relationships and performance being achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead on client activities for accounts worked on, including communication, planning and relationship development.
  • To manage clients’ budgets for campaigns and report on findings.
  • To mentor junior members of the team as required.
  • To work closely with the specialists on various media campaigns to have a full understanding of campaigns.
  • Regular presentation of campaign analysis to clients.
  • To maintain and grow client relationships to achieve the best outcomes and business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • To be performance-focused, with an eye for analysis and growth opportunities.
  • A solid base of knowledge of media campaigns, ideally digital-focused but not essential.
  • To be able to manage and develop positive relationships.
  • To be familiar with relevant software, systems etc. E.g. Google Analytics, Experian, Mediatel, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, and so on.
