Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be working with our IT client to assist in the recruitment of 1st Line Support Contractor Role, this is an immediate start for successful candidates.
The Client;
Our client is a well-established Scottish-based company providing IT services to end-user customers and leading technology partners throughout the UK.
The Company’s core ‘lines of business’ are: End-User Computing, Virtualisation, Cloud Services and Managed Services. This includes UK-wide end-user device deployment for many major government and corporate organisations.
In addition to providing services directly to end-user organisations they have also successfully partnered with major technology vendors and system intergrator, in delivering large scale deployment, solutions and support services throughout the UK.
The role;
- Experience in 1st Line Support role covering Windows 7, 8.1, 10, SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Office packages
- Setup, Configuration and Support of Standard Desktops, Laptops, Printers and devices
- Data backup
- Software installation
- Image environment set ups
- Image deployment approaches ie, MDT
The Person;
Successful candidates will have a can-do attitude, be a team player, have excellent communication skills, Numerical and Data accuracy is imperative, along with a flexible approach to working hours (standard being 9 – 5.30pm, may require early starts and late finishes if on client site)
All candidates should hold a current valid Driving Licences. Disclosure Scotland Certification, preferably at PVG level although Basic will be acceptable.
Excellent day rate and this contract will run till the end of October 2019
