1. Can you tell us a little about your background before you joined the team at Nine Twenty Recruitment?
 
I have worked in recruitment for almost 10 years. Working a mix of temporary and permanent, both onsite and office based.
 
 
2. What attracted you to working with our team?
 
Nine Twenty Recruitment have a tremendous reputation in the market. I was excited to move back to the permanent sector after a crazy few years providing temporary workers in a Covid environment.
 
 
3. What does your role in the business involve?
 
I will be working with the Manufacturing and Engineering department, working with any requirements clients may have for permanent workers. I am also keen to work with any candidates looking for a new position.
 
 
4. What is your focus over the next 3 months?
 
Establish myself within the market, introduce myself to clients and candidates.
 
 
5. You have just completed your first week, how was that and what have you been up to?
 
I have been busy covering Rehana’s temp desk while she is on holiday. Along with working on the first few roles brought in. Hoping to make my first placement soon.
 
 
6. Tell us more about who you are out of work?
 
I have a 6-year-old child, travel as often as possible, love trying new restaurants and pubs although Covid has hampered that a fair bit.
 
 
7. What has been your biggest success so far?
 
I opened a new branch with my last company, after one year I was able to launch my own office in the city centre.
 
 
8. Describe yourself in 3 words.
