Nine Twenty are currently working closely with our IT client to assist with the recruitment of an Account Manager to cover a Scotland wide territory. Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for managing an existing client portfolio as well as finding and pursuing new business opportunities within Scotland.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively target new customers through cold calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Work closely with the internal teams to identify new opportunities
  • Where applicable, manage existing customer relationship and identify cross-sell / upsell opportunities to grow clients
  • Utilise vendor relationships to target and identify new business target clients for Sapphire
  • Keep Salesforce.com up to date with activities and accurately reflect pipeline and account activity

Experience & Skill set required:

  • Demonstrable new business and Account Management experience
  • Experience selling within the IT sector
  • Experience of managing a large territory is desirable
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
