Nine Twenty are excited to be working with an award winning Glasgow based digital agency to assist with the recruitment of an Account Manager.

The role of the Account Manager involves working with a number of clients within a variety of different sectors and managing all aspects of client projects from initial briefings through to conceptualisation and final delivery.

As Account Manager you are responsible for internal liaison with technical and design teams to create thorough specifications and client quotations. Largely focused on management and delivery of campaigns, this role will involve liaison with media planners; reviewing performance and working closely with creative teams.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising a variety of platforms to form online communities and enhance growth
  • Building and communicating strategies for campaigns ensuring it can be easily integrated into social media channels
  • Develop strong KPIs to measure the ongoing success of campaigns and create reports for senior management
  • Monitoring, measuring and analysing statistics to produce regular reports on social media, engagement, brand, online performance, behaviours and trends
  • Researching competitors, products and category insights and leveraging through social marketing
  • Researching and understanding latest industry updates and writing blog posts
