This is a senior position within the company and you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision for the company. You will empower the business through data as they will put a data led strategy at they heart of everything they do. 

You will be responsible for influencing how the business makes use of these tools for competitive and commercial advantage.

Previous roles as a data analyst, business analyst or a planning director may be advantageous

As a Business Analyst, your role will include:

  • Using data and insights to inspire and inform business growth

  • Carry out research projects to analyse, translate and report on key business, product, market and consumer data and insights

  • Meet with internal stakeholders to fully understand business needs, then translate those needs into technical requirements

  • Proactively seek out relevant consumer and market insights to support all recommendations

  • Provide support to Company Director and Online Marketing Director to ensure all opportunities are identified and pursued

  • Develop and implement the strategy for the use of data and analytics across the business

  • Define and implement Data, Management and Analysis protocols and innovations

  • Develop robust data standards, including agreed metrics and their definitions, documented analysis and outcomes, and evaluation of data led business projects


The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A keen commercial eye and the ability to utilise data to contribute to building a business

  • Passionate and driven attitude and enjoy an active and hands on approach to interpreting and transforming data, trends, research and results into insightful analysis to drive demonstrable commercial growth

  • Organised and personally creative as well as able to respond to opportunities and challenges as and when they arrive using your own initiative
