My client looking for an experienced IT Manager to support and maintain their growing install of over 100 Apple Macs, iPhones, iPads and related software assets. You will also take over the running of our internal IT Helpdesk. My client run exclusively Apple hardware, so i'm looking for someone with commercial experience of managing large installs of OS X and iOS devices.
I'm looking for someone who has a professional, 'can do' attitude. You will be dealing with highly technical and non-technical people alike, so you should have a understanding and empathetic approach to your work, as well as excellent patience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day running and optimisation of our IT Helpdesk
- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, printer and software issues
- Manage our externally hosted VOIP phone system
- Maintain and optimise our internal Asset Management process
- Work with our CTO on developing, maintaining and upholding our InfoSec policy
- Liaise with third party suppliers to replace and repair defective parts and equipment
- Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of new hires
- Produce and maintain documentation of our IT systems and processes
